1月24日、大寒波がくる中、博士課程学生の佐藤さんの公聴会が行われました。論文のタイトルは「原子層超伝導体における量子相転移に関する微視的研究」です。

非常に良い内容なのはもちろんのこと、さすがの発表力には驚かされるばかりです。審査員の方々にも非常に好評だったように思います。

審査終了後、 研究室にてたこ焼き・北京ダックパーティーが行われました。前例のないこの組み合わせは、前例のない素晴らしい研究を祝うのにぴったりでしたね。

PhD defense of Sato-san was held on Jan.24th. The title of PhD thesis is ”Microscopic study of quantum phase transition on atomic layer superconductor”.

The presentation was so great as well as his results. I definitely believe that his presentation gave a favorable impression to the reviewers.

After the defense, we enjoyed Takoyaki and Beijing duck party. I believe that this kind of state of the art combination is appropriate to celebrate state of the art study.
